Q: How do I download the songs or videos so I can listen or watch them later? When I click them I can hear them and watch them but I can't keep them.

A: It's easy! All you have to do is right click the name of the file instead of left clicking it. Then you should see an option appear that says something like "Save Target As" or "Save Link As". Click that and it will prompt you to choose somewhere on your computer to save it.

Q: I can't watch some of the videos, they don't work, what's wrong?

A: Since the videos have come from a variety of different sources they are encoded in a variety of formats. When the person created the video they chose a specific codec to encode the video. Different codecs have different properties. Some produce really good quality videos, but the videos are really big to download. Some produce not so good quality video, but the videos are really quick to download. Some of the better ones find a good compromise in between. Below is a list of a few codecs you may come accross, and what software you might need to play them on your computer. More often that not, you can determine what codec or software you might need for a file by it's extension. The extension is the part of the filename after the dot, for example, in iexplore.exe the extension is exe.

.mpeg Very standard format, all windows PCs should play these without any issues
.mpg Same as .mpeg
.avi This is a complicated one, as many codecs can be used to create an avi file. If you cannot play an avi file, you most likely need to get a DivX or Xvid codec. Try google.
.wmv Most newer windows PCs shouldn't have any issues playing these.
.qt Apples quicktime format. You will need to download quicktime, a video playback software, or download 'quicktime alternative' to be able to play it back in windows media player. Try google.
.mov Same as .qt
.rm Real Media format. You will need to download real player, a video playback software, or download 'real alternative' to be able to play it back in windows media player. Try google.
.ram Same as .rm
.asf Most new Windows PCs should be able to play them without issues. If you have issues, try searching google for an asf codec.
